Terms and Clauses

Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, hereinafter referred to as "GDPR":

Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing:

Your data will be processed based on a legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) consisting of:

  • ongoing communication with you;
  • establishing, defending, and pursuing claims;
  • investigating and preventing abuses;
  • creating summaries, analyses, and statistics for the Company's internal needs, which may include, in particular: reporting, service development planning, creating statistical models.
Data Recipients:

The Controller may disclose data to IT service providers, including, in particular, website hosting service providers, and entities providing legal assistance.

Period of Data Storage:

Data may be stored for the period necessary to respond to your inquiry. If the provided data may constitute evidence in proceedings conducted under legal provisions, their storage period is extended to 7 years from the date of data disclosure.

You have the right to:
  • access and rectify, erase, or restrict the processing of your data,
  • data portability, i.e., to receive your data from the Company in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, if they are processed for the purpose of concluding a contract or based on consent, and the processing is carried out by automated means. You have the right to transmit these data to another data controller,
  • lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for personal data protection.
Right to Object to Processing:

You have the right to object at any time to the processing of data if the basis for processing is the Company's legitimate interest, including profiling.

Information on the Requirement to Provide Data:

Providing data in the contact form (name, surname, email address) is obligatory – without providing this data, it is not possible to respond to your inquiry and for us to provide an answer. Providing personal data in the message content is always voluntary.

Automated Decision-Making:

Your data is not subject to profiling, within the meaning of Art. 22 sec. 1 GDPR, which involves automated decision-making (i.e., without human influence).

To ensure the proper performance of obligations regarding personal data protection, the Personal Data Controller has appointed a Personal Data Security Coordinator. Your personal data provided during recruitment are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (OJ L 119, 4.5.2016), hereinafter referred to as the Regulation, and the Act of 10 May 2018 on personal data protection (Journal of Laws 2018.1000).

Personal data are processed for the purpose of concluding an employment contract and for archiving in the event of consent in application documents for the processing of personal data for future recruitment purposes.

The provision of personal data is voluntary; however, refusal to provide them will prevent the conclusion of the aforementioned contract and will result in the deletion of data received so far.

The basis for data processing is consent. For the purpose of this document, consent should be understood as the signature placed on the application documents.

The legal basis for processing personal data is Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a of the aforementioned Regulation.

Recipients of data may include entities cooperating with the employer, as well as those acting to ensure the fulfillment of obligations imposed by separate laws, in particular to ensure social insurance and settlements made with the Tax Office.

At any time, you have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, erase, or restrict its processing, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the Regulation.

Personal data will be processed for the period necessary for effective recruitment, and in the event of consent in application documents for the processing of personal data for future recruitment purposes, for a period of 2 years.

The employer declares that the personal data collected by them are not subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.

The provided personal data will not be transferred to third countries or international organizations.
